✦ Pricing is just for the model artwork, no rigging.✦ For additions not listed here, feel free to ask about them or make them clear in your request!✦ This service comes with any further edits/fixes needed to support the needs of the rigger until the model's completion.

Terms of Service✦ I retain the rights to decline a commission for any reason. Commissions are not first come, first serve; I accept requests based on my personal preferences.✦ Progress will not begin for a commission until a full or partial payment is made. Flexible payment plans can be arranged upon request.✦ I do not offer full refunds if I have already started on the illustration.✦ I retain all rights to the art I create. This includes sharing commissioned work or WIPs of commissioned work on my social medias, streaming the creation process, or featuring it in portfolios, speedpaints, videos, etc. Please make it clear in your request if an NDA is required for your commission.✦ I will not accept commissions depicting sensitive or NSFW themes from clients under the age of 18.✦ I will not accept requests that include A.I. generated or otherwise stolen content as references. Including such content in a request will result in an automatic decline.Use of Art✦ Base prices are listed for personal use. Personal use grants permission to post the artwork and use it for social media icons/banners, personal printing/reproduction (i.e.: keychains), personal projects, or stream schedules. Works commissioned for personal use are NOT authorized to be sold or reproduced with the intent to be sold in any way.✦ Art used for promotional or monetized content (i.e.: stream assets, patreon, cover art, Youtube thumbnails/videos, etc.) require general Commercial usage rights, which will incur an additional fee of +100% of the total price of the piece.✦ Art intended to be sold or reproduced commercially (merchandise. video game assets, logos, etc.) also require full Commercial rights, which is a one-time fee of +150-200% of the total price. Exact commercial pricing may fluctuate based on the scale of production.✦ Commissioned art, regardless of commercial status, is not authorized to be used for AI training or minted as NFTs.✦ Vtuber models are priced to include full commercial usage rights.Accepted Content✦ favorite themes:

✦ Maximum turnaround time varies based on the project:
- Standard illustrations: 3 months
- Character sheets/customs: 2 months
- Sketch commissions: 6 weeks
- Vtuber models: 4-6 months✦ Deadlines or priority commissions can be arranged, but may incur additional fees depending on the deadline and overall complexity of the project (+10% for sketch commissions, +25% for illustrations, +25-50% for models).✦ For standard illustration commissions, I will send you an initial draft sketch before I begin rendering. Any edits can be requested at this time. I will only send one WIP by default unless additional updates are requested.✦ You are free to ask for status updates of your commission at any time as well. When I finish the artwork, I will send you the final piece to confirm there are no missing or incorrect details. Minor edits can be requested at this time, but major changes requested after the piece's completion may incur additional fees.✦ Sketch commissions are treated as skeb/"suprise me" style commissions by default, and as such no progress updates will be given unless requested. Reasonable revisions can be requested after Sketch commissions are completed for missing, incorrect, or minor details.
✦ Final files will be delivered via Google Drive in full-resolution, PNG format. If "Cut for Live2D" add-on is requested, an additional PSD will be provided with the separated layers.
✦ I may take creative liberties in my interpretation and rendition of characters, and the final product may not be 100% accurate to references given unless specifics are made.✦ Commissioned pieces are non-refundable once completed.Vtuber Models✦ For Vtuber models, I will maintain communication with updates on the model's progress to the best of my ability, and you are free to request updates and revisions during said updates at any time. Extreme revisions of large parts of the model that have already been approved may incur additional fees, but overall you are free to request changes and edits at any time during the creation process at no extra charge.
✦ Any additional separation, layer organization, or revisions required from the rigger after the commission is completed can be requested of me at no extra charge.Thank you for reading!
